Nothing to do with you..... more like giving inconvenience to the Grab driver although I am surprised he actually pick you up at the hotel.

Many times when I used Grab..... the drivers will call me to wait at the carpark outside the duty free complex exit.
Reason is they are asked to pay kopi duit for pickups inside the DF complex.

I was told only taxis are allowed pickups inside the DF complex..... any jiuhukia can clarify?

I go agree. Is just making the grab driver difficult. no grab driver ask me to walk out though often time the grab driver will handle it. I often just say I’m here for holiday
