Not the 1st time i visit Penuin wet market,nearby BCS Mall. Its however the 1st time i walk a little more thoroughly inside it,hehehe...and in the morning. So many fruits and vegetable in many colours inside the wet market place.

Thats the 1st store in the market when i walked in...i am guess this is must have been the most expensive stall since its location is so...prime,hehehe...could have probably paid a higher rental compared to many other stalls around. Its right at the entrance of the wet market.

Almost every fruits were calculated base on weight and on average about 35k rupiah per kilogram and 3 kilogram for 100k rupiah.

Walking further in...more stalls selling vegetable and some fruits.

These are very old time Singapore wet market stores.

The floors wet, i think thats why they called it wet market. Quite boring for me to shop here as i still prefer the dryer supermarket style. Neater and cleaner. Unlike this wet market , so humidly hot and scent is...well, still bearable.

Below, its the even wetter part of the market,hehehe...where they sell "freshly" slaughtered fishes.

Among all the fishes, i only knew of one fish by name...which i will come to that later as its rather unique.

Some dry ikan billis and some dried prawns below.

The dried prawns arent cheap but if its compared to Singapore, its actually considered VERY cheap,hehehe...thats according to those aunties and uncles.

Hmm...i thought Kueh is suppose to be Indonesian's specialties...how come Chinese selling them too? Perhaps its due to breakfast time...hehehe...

I noticed that i keep getting attracted to the same stall that sells fish,hehehe...for a reason of course.

I dont take sea food, hence i am surprise i kept getting attract to the stall,hehehe...anyway, i didnt buy any fish but the aunties bought some salted fish slice instead.

...and inside the stall that the dried prawns and sliced salt fish.

Ok, back to the fish stall shop, i dont know if anyone had already notice this...

Stall owner of this fish shop actually sells SHARK meat in the wet market,hehehe...and that caught my attention when he starts yelling, Shark! It's real shark...hehehe...for sale!

(no, i didnt ask the price but was rather amazed as this is the 1st time i see market stall selling shark)

Another fish stall around the shark-selling stall that also sells fishes but didnt sell shark,hehehe...

Seems to me this above fish stall got no owner,hehehe...maybe they see me taking photo, they ran away...hehehe...

The route so far, in the middle of the wet market where i have walked through...

The rest of it were just clothes selling like those one see in People's Park in Singapore during the 80s. Nope, i didnt take anymore photo hereafter as those batik shops were quite clampy for me to get a clear shots.

So much for the penuin wet market visit. One of the places i might probably come more often if i am bringing uncles and aunties to Batam. It is quite an experience for me (even tho i felt rather boring),hehehe...

Just came back from a trip recently. Got a horizon ferry e-ticket from online shop and proceed for boarding. No return slip will be given, just show your passport at harbourbay horizon counter for boarding pass.

Once reached batam took a taxi to my hotel. After checking room condition ordered Gofood Nasi ayam geprek + fried eggs + teh 0 peng for 37k. It was spicy but shiok. I got my cewek booked before i arrive, still got time go to store buy cd + cigarattes + change money.

At 3pm door rang and my cewek came. She was petite in size totally my type . After icebreaker we had 1st shot. Decided to watch Danur 3, a horror indo movie. I have a fetish for horror movies in Batam. Lucky me she also love horror movie

Took Gojek to BCS mall for 13k. Movie tickets was 35k each, ice lemon tea 35k and small popcorn 50k. Total is 190k all in. Took the seat right at the back for quality time . The movie is great, my cewek hug me from start to finish. To those watching the best jumpscare is the "eye-mo" part .

After movie, walked next door to A2 foodcourt. Had salted egg sotong + hot plate tofu + kailan + 2 rice for just 150k with 2 teh 0 peng for 14k. In SG the price for the sotong only cost 100k . After dinner went for karaoke at Happy Puppy at Nagoya Hill.

Took a 2 hour session. 1 hour was 60k. Took Carlsberg Pitcher for 180k. Room was good and the songs was updated. To me this is better than Monic at BCS mall.
After karaoke it was nearly 2am. Be careful at night, it is really quiet. Took Gojek to hotel for 13k.

My cewek was hungry so we ordered Seblak. It is a spicy indo soup dish good after drinking. After supper had 2nd shot and went to sleep. Had breakfast in hotel for energy later . Had 3rd shot before she leaves. Took Gojek to harbourbay for 14k. Took ferry back to Singapore.

A tip for all those lazy people. If you order food through Grabfood / Gofood, you can ask the rider to buy for you extra items along the way etc. CD, cigarattes, drinks. They will show you the receipt later. The problem is the riders only speak indonesian. So ask your cewek for help. Hope this helps and happy cheonging

Dont know what it says below...i guess it could be some history of that temple. Anyway, just posting for the sake of posting,hehehe...

...and the temple front with address in case anyone wish to visit this one.

Quite a nice place about 15 mins drive from Nagoya area to Batam Center area. I brought along 2 girls there,hehehe...and it amazed them quite a bit tho.

No need to buy anymore, its now completely FREE, on the online market place. I PM-ed bro Kaboon to ask him get it in case his other friends might need it in Singapore. And this "donor" has 9 pieces of it,hehehe...then again, the coupon's expiry stated was on 30 Oct 2019. I also have plenty free from my uncle, if you happen to be in Batam next week onward, i can also pass a few more to you if needed,hehehe...i probably need to bring some uncles and aunties there.
