My mistake is I had forgotten to check the FR and shortlist first before stepping in which I usually do, so no choice have to quickly whipped out my phone to have a quick chk but was unfortunately spotted by the old auntie OKT. The placement of the counter and fish tank is also damn near entrance acting like a perfect storm that day unlike other houses where i can still do it discreetly, hidden from their view but I believe I also don't deserve that kind of shouting treatment from the PRC lady.

Yes, correct. This is usually what I experienced when I visit L1658A, L20H45, WH04 and L16H08, OKTs all very friendly and understanding without giving unnecessary pressure.

When I go in and my shortlisted lady is still serving customer, the OKTs told me either they will be out by certain time and whether I am willing to wait or tell me to go the the waiting area and ask whether i want tea or tell me to help myself on their fridge, LOL. Knn, this should be the way mah. That's when I will check the FRs while waiting.

Of course sometimes it depends on your frequency of visit and chemistry with the OKTs there also. Many times I even TCSS with the OKT at the counter and for those who recognize me, can even reminisce about the pre-covid Good O days or they share some of their interesting happenings with stories about their WLs or weird demanding customers (like the recent one i shared in L16H08 thread).

But the vibes of this place and the OKT on that day while initially appear ok quickly changed like a switch due to those factors mentioned becoming 'not my best days' experience, LOL.
