From what i know, the ml also have their own customer compilation list. Each time u visit a ml, she will do a review on u.

But in all seriousness, just as we don't like bad service, they also face the uncertainty that their next customer might be nasty... I've heard of FLs who was beaten up and robbed after service.

There are really some bastards posing as customers lurking in the forum here, taking advantage of the FLs by robbing and stealing from them and running away without paying after getting a bonking.

But even if you try to book early 1 day in advance, all the slots for the following day are taken up. No hope to book if that's the case. A bit questionable imho.
