Good match, good win...

It surely made last weekend disappointment much easier to take....

What pleased me is we are finally winning games that we usually and always slipped last season... If we can improve our form against "top 10", CL spot is still quite achievable....

That's the prob ..

We always win with this type of performance and scoreline against such teams...ful, sun, Norwich..but only these type of teams can we say we are good but when we are up against any top 8 sides..it's back to square one.

Me being pessimistic?
Well statistics don't lie..
Only bright side is we have another striker to partner LS..
Hope we improve with this new partnership

Sturridge has been looking good since he came...... hopefully his performances are not flukes.

Our finishing shots are quite accurate nowadays, where Suarez and Gerrard's goal scoring shots were magnificent

He may be one of the best keepers around for us...however his form has dipped in the last 1-2 season...its time to cash in on him if we can managed to get some good moolaoutta him...

Been in the pipeline for some time oredi..... thats why BR was angling for Butland to come in as a replacement.

Southampton's £10.2m bid for Inter Milan's Philippe Coutinho has been accepted, but the player would reportedly rather join Liverpool.

The 20-year-old Brazilian playmaker had been heavily linked with a move to Liverpool during this current transfer window, but the Merseysiders were only willing to pay around £8million.

The Saints' stepped in earlier this week with more money, but Coutinho claimed he was not for sale and did not want to leave the San Siro in light of Wesley Sneijder's departure to Galatasaray which will leave a void in the midfield for him to possibly fill.

However, it emerged on Friday that Inter had agreed a fee with the Saints and were willing to offload him to the South Coast outfit in order to fund their bid for Paulinho from Corinthians.

But Coutinho appears to have muddied the waters again as Gazzetta Dello Sport is reporting that he is not willing to join the Saints and is urging Inter to let him move to Liverpool if he is being sold.

Therefore Inter will either have to wait for an improved offer from the Reds or Saints boss Mauricio Pochettino, who had Coutinho on loan at Espanyol from last January until the end of last season, will have to use his powers of persuasion to change his mind.

Will he be our second signing? l hope so..

Shevchenko, aqualani and many others were good at their club bit when come epl become otherwise.

Bottom line is need to see his 1st season with us then give conclusion

Hope not like Torres a one season wonder player.

Never seen him played. Will he be another bench warmer? Just for the record, serie A player is having a hard time adapting to British football. Just my opinion.
