Sorry to ask a noob question, is house 79 just a few shops down house 9? I didn't see any house 79, only no 29 or 31. Please advice the direction to house 79. Thanks!

i think those are voluntary or auxilliary police? i am not sure. but i am pretty sure they are more focused on preventing fights in the street. especially among drunk people.

h79 is beside a shophouse with a very very big dog outside. opposite the playground (there is only 1 playground along rowell road) nearer to the direction of jalan besar macdonalds and hawker centre.

Those guys in blue, with the vests on. They are voluntary watchgroup. You can even see them walk the alley in Desker. They wouldnt bother you, i've queue outside house 98 before waiting for zarina, they'll just stroll by without any issues.

Those probably are Aetos officers on soccer duty...... they will hang around at the kopitiam opposite Rowell before and after duty at the Jln Besar stadium..... I think that is their transport pickup point.
