Thanks to brothers who gave directions, I found this place on Strand road, which is the corner house at junction with Street 17. Indeed, it is on the right if you are facing Street 17, standing on Strand Road.

Brothers should also be aware that apparently the Parliament has passed a law forbidding affairs outside marriage. So if a married women (no matter if she is a sex worker) is caught with a brother in a room, a third party can complain and brother can be prosecuted.
