Agree.. it always helps to be courteous and emphathatic.
But of course I understand in this industry most clients tend to be selfish and self serving because if we had any those social skills we wouldn’t want the ‘no fuss and our needs being attended to w/o reciprocality’ of FLs.
Also to the ‘confused’ bro.. there is market inequality due to the fact that most FLs here are not trained professionals.
In most industries, most people tended to be trained or have an education in their respective fields that’s why service standards and products tend to be of superior quality to the FL industry.
