Not aware of THC but tried a soapland in Nakasu area. Had a steamy session with a Jap lady 😘... She asked me to visit her again but unfortunately no more biz trip in near future.

What and where is it?
Yoshiwara (吉原) is a district in Tokyo where most of the soaplands are concentrated - basically the GL equivalent in Tokyo. Soaplands are the only service where FS is legal.
There's no actual district called Yoshiwara and if you are trying to find the place on the map, it is Senzoku, Taito City. Nearest station is Minowa on the Hibiya line. This is also where you can get picked up and dropped off by the shop (assuming that you do not go to a Budget shop). More accessible options are Ueno or Uguisudani. Or maybe throw in a visit to the famous temple in Asakusa. I usually go to Ueno and take a taxi from there to save some budget rather than taxi from central Tokyo.

Tiers
Cityheaven uses three classifications (apologies if I get this wrong as no longer in Tokyo with access to CH).

Budget - MILFs, or mid-20s but plain looking. Usually smaller shops with basic rooms and facilities. 20 to 30k ph? Standard session is usually 90/110 mins. But some budget shops offer 40 mins. I really don't recommend less than 90 mins for soaplands though if you want the nuru/mat play. Shops include Rocket Wife, Y-Shirt

Standard - A step up from budget obviously. Girls are younger, better looking. Rooms are also slightly bigger and newer. Paid 55k for 90 mins. Shops like Hisyo, Etoile

High-end - Top of the range, with access to AV stars, models, university students, lavishly decorated rooms. Expect to spend over 100k. The skys' the limit as they say. Also less likely to accept foreigners. Shops like Versailles

Service
Service is quite standard as I think they all have the same training. The tencho will show you pictures of the girls which usually also have their stats. In Japan, you need to downgrade two sizes to get to western standards. I.e. if stated E cup, this is a medium C. So don't be surprised to get an airport if you pick a C.

After waiting (for the girl to get ready and for her to get the bath ready), the tencho will call you and the girl will meet you downstairs. Then usually is a walk up the stairs to the room. You will be undressed and washed in the Sukebe chair and asked to brush your teeth at the same time. Then its bath tub time. The girl will bring down the mat and prepare the nuru while you are soaking in the tub. Then it's matplay and 1 shot. After which, you move to the bed to rest and recover then more play and one more shot.

Recently discovered that some shops are reported as NN/NS shops. Took awhile to figure out what they refer to doing raw - NN (nama) / NS (nakadashi 中出). Definitely not offered to gaijins and would not recommend anyway.

Reservations
Somebody said that if you are going for the high end and spending so much anyway then it makes sense to do lots of research and book in advance. Most of the top girls are fully booked 2-3 days and/or work very few days. This can be done through DM in Line or X, directly with the girl. Most top girls have their own account and work hard to manage it. Theory goes that even at high end shops, that you end up with a high probability of getting a dead fish given the self-selection result of girls who are not fully booked and available for gaijins. Issue I have is trying to be organised enough to commit to a time and also many require deposits.

Guys, I only go for THC every time I go to Japan. Very good quality and service. If not careful can KC one. My best recommendation is Cocoa in Tokyo. I have been her regular since. Love it when I hear her scream Iku Iku Iku.
