Walked in, but if you have time you can message to book on Line. I understand that maybe not all girls may serve foreigners, but no harm trying your luck. The system in JP soaplands is you pick from picture album/iPad and you only see the lady when they come tell you she's ready and lead you to the staircase where she will be waiting for you. Also note you may not get an appointment right away, we walked in at 1pm, but my slot was only ready at 3pm, my friend's at 3.30pm that day, so we chose to go to a nearby pub and have some drinks before coming back.

When I was walking around Okubo Park, I saw guys (foreigners probably) just walk up to the girls with their phones and showing them the screen, then they communicate that way (via google translate I'm guessing). I didn't try, but seems pretty straightforward, if they don't take foreigners they will shake head and you move on to the next one. However, I do think some/most of them do accept gaijin, only way to find out is to ask.

tried GFE soapland at kawasaki recently.
checked out the available girls via their website and contacted them via wechat.
i made a reservation for 90 minutes.

made a reservation and headed down to the place at my appointment time.
this joint is really catered for foreigners.
they have a few lady staff from the Philippines who will greet you at the front desk.

Its wat translation apps are for, tho surely if travelling there u can do basic greetings etc ..

but it comes with some risks and they're 99% low on service.
Better to have your yen spent on legit joints or health delivery.

what risk from streetwalkers:

Did anyone manage to pay 16,000 yen in the last two months and get good service?

I can only speak very basic Japanese.

It’s a hit and miss place.
See your luck.

Then again the timing varies according to how much you pay.
With 16k Yen I doubt you will get anything good. Provided for those who are willing to accept foreigners with extra payment.

Might as well top up more for delivery health.
