I still stayed in Huai Khwang/Ratchada area.
Nowadays, I got bored with MP and Go Go Bar, no more excitement after going there for years.
Only once in a while I do go to arp nam with friends just to accompany them.

Nowadays the popular bbq buffets are the seafood type pricing at 399฿ per pax. Littered across the whole of Bangkok are all these joints with beers thrown in. The one at victory monument is old school type. For those prefer seafood than just bbq pork/chicken, should go for those.

As for patpong, as long as u avoid going together with touts to the 2nd level bars, u are generally safe with the ones on the ground floor. Lately last week had been venturing into some of the coyotes bars for some fun. U can find gems in some of the bars. The touts and scam cases had been there for at least a decade or maybe more.
