Who cares about the LC or even the FA Cup nowadays?

Let's just concentrate on putting things right viz the EPL.

Any progress in the CL would just be an icing on the cake.

Actually I am still quite optimistic because we have Mane, Lallana and Clyne to return, hopefully sooner than later.

Goes without saying still need to get that leaky weak defence fixed though!

I watched Southampton play Newcastle and I must be honest, Van Dijk clearly did not look like a £50m defender let alone £70m.

At 26 years of age, he needs to come in with leadership, vision and strength to control the defense

Unfortunately, he seems clumsy and not the type who is going to fix your problems.

And I think getting VVD may not be the right answer . I am sure there are better centre backs out there . Liverpool's defensive woes are not just solely based on players' weakness but also partly on the manager's tactics as well.If you have noticed under Klopp, the defense line is high up until the centre circle . On top of that the 2 full backs always joy in the attack so you are only left with 2 centrebacks defending a wide area. For Klopp's defense to work . The minute Liverpool lost the ball the players upfront must try their best to win the ball back . Sadly that did not happen and hence Spurs are able to attack our 2 centre backs at will . Klopp may need to change this approach if not it will be the same old over again . Also Liverpool players likes to pass the ball among themselves . They still don't know how to break open a triple decker bus. Mark my words . Huddersfield may also park the bus and rely on counter attack . They have beaten Man U and their moral is high . I hope Klopp can do something about the defense . don't expect too much from Gomez and he is still young and still at a learning stage. But I am sure that he can't be any worse than Lovren . Hope also Danny Ward get the chance to play . As for the headless chicken better to drop him to bench and play both Sturridge & Solanke upfront .

VVD is not the answer but at least it's better than Lovren - I hope - and at least an additional experienced and qualified CB after we sold Sakho and rotate between the youngsters
Klopp's tactics is not coming to fruition for a long time and he's still adamantly stubborn on making it work
Liverpool had it's fair, and huge share of stubborn managers and I'm sick of it
Next game he better change the formation and tactics and start to plan for life without Coutinho and Can
Sell Lovren, drop Henderson and buy a quality, proven goalscorer
Will not get them out of the shithole they are in but at least it'll lead them nearer to the entrance of the shithole
