Lungs develop until 25 and maintains its optimal capacity for about 10 years before starting to decline. So if you are 40+, not being able to catch up with jogging young girls is normal.

One correction. I no longer need to do IPPT. So old that army does not want me any more. hahaha.

I know why they don't need to wear a bra. Sports bra too expensive. So small then no need to wear lor.
