Remembered last time pri 6 health check got mention must roll back skin but never understood what nurse meant as got no demo.
Also had this problem and never knew that foreskin can be pulled back until i was researching why it was painful for me when having sex.

Based on my past experience you can slowly stretch it
(dun have to circum it)

Best time is in shower let the water wet your skin.
Use your 2 pinky to stretch the foreskin, be gentle dun force it.
Do it everyday for about 5 mins.
After afew weeks should be able to pull back foreskin to reveal abit more of the little bro.
I think mine case within 3 mths i could pull the skin all the way down and reveal the little bro head.
Dun attempt to pull it back too early as i read it might get stuck.
Once you manage to get the skin rolled back dun forget to roll it back out, as the foreskin is damn tight your little bro might be "struggled".
So be careful hor.
