Everyone of us newbies had to up everybody in order to get some "peanuts" back .... if EVERYBODY up everyone back, we will hv a pool of old regulars & newbies to quickly reach 1000 others & re-up the 2nd round faster as we had learned from our insurance trainers in the early 1990s where we will taught to play a biz game to find out how many times we can reach other the other side of a chequered board, within a given 5 minutes without an UNLIMITED pool of chips to start with. All will be able to reach their goal of the highest number of points achieved unlike now with a paucity of points achieved.

Moral of the story ... if we move w-out blocking our opponents - BOTH sides will be equal in the number of times crossed over successful.
