Yes, cost is perhaps an issue - but the thing is that the English speaking gals in Wanchai are more expensive than the 141 gals.

And as far as going into China to do Chinese gals, yes, but the time/distance/travel + accommodation costs/visa requirements etc are factors that then come into play.
Plus the fact of the matter is that things are getting way way more expensive in China vs. Hong Kong - in terms of the actual rise in price as well as how the Yuan has appreciated at least 20% against the HK$.

LOL!! Actually they go as low as HK250 for the Thai Walk-up gals - some quite OK I hear from other bros. But to get anything halfway decent/Chinese, you're looking at 400-500, whilst the Hotel walk in gals are circa 700-900.

NOt equivalent but VERY informative nonetheless is sex141.com.

I guess it depends on one's own definition of cheap. Hong Kong is NOT a cheap place to be at generally - and is NOT known to be a cheap mongering destination. But IMHO, HK$250 for a pretty good Thai/Indo gal has got to be considered a bargain.

You can also get some even cheaper streetwalkers around Sham shui Po - but one does get what he pays for - right?

Not quite sure your differentiation between free lancers and professional pros!

Note that by Hong Kong laws, prostitution is legal but control of, living off the proceeds of prostitution, operating a bawdy house (?) etc are illegal and subject to quite rigorous crack-downs. This being so, most 141 walk-ups are independent gals working "free-lance"

You could also go to the Wanchai bars where the gals from oversea are supposedly working for themselves to (the reality is that there are syndicates bringing in...and basically controlling these gals) - if this will meet your definition of a free lancer better.

The closest I can think of a gal really being more free-lance are those who are working as domestic helpers - but who "free-lances" on their days off, but of course these are mostly Filipinos/Indonesians. I really don't think that there are too many regular Hong Kong girls who "free-lances" once a while to supplement their income - it just is not that common as girls working regular jobs makes good enough salary without having to prostitute themselves.

Yes.... there ARE regular working HK gals in the FL market
They are very discreet and get their clients by word-of-mouth from trusted clients/buddies.

If you're talking about the REALLY high class girls - costing anywhere from HK$10,000 upwards - yes there are a few of these "syndicates" operating but they cater only to a very few select group of clients and the gals are NOT necessarily just "working regular jobs" gals, but mainly do such escorting for these gents.

And I guess that there are these stewardesses, overnighting in Hong Kong and picking up a bit of money whilst here; but I've not heard of an actual ring or syndicate providing such.
