Planet Holiday is pretty near to down town area, just walk out of the hotel and hail a cab along the street (board a cab from hotel's dront door would be more expensive) and tell the driver: "mau cari cewek .... " - there are 5-6 quite good quality joints within Planet Holiday's close vicinity.

mau minum kan..

goin in wif fren... juz to chill out abit..not really wana find cewek tis time round.. get some booze.. get some makan.. any places within walkin dist datz recommendable ard the hotel?

With girls, DNAT already mentioned where to find them.
For makan, you can go to the pujasera next to Batu Ampar ferry terminal, but only for dinner, very nice place for makan and drink some beer in...
And if you guys are into Pool, there's a very nice Pool hall just below the hotel. Q Pool, good tables and they serve booze, and if you are lucky, you may spot some chio bu-s shooting Pool there...
Lastly, unless you guys have deep pockets, otherwise avoid the pub in the hotel. It's called Gravity, located along the side of the hotel facing the car park, they have PRC there, but prices are on the HIGH side.

To make things easy for you, just tell Taxi driver to go to any branch of SPORTS MASSAGE (there are few in Batam, and they are real proper massage, non hany panky type), it'll be good.
Actually there is one just a 10 mins walk away from Planet Holiday hotel, located directly infront of Harmony Hotel, that is if you know how to get there...
