Have to fully agree on this as sometimes, people's expectations are hard to manage and understand.

So far until now, only 2 guys I would cheong with, as both are easy going and very "chin chai".

Unfortunately, only left 1 now as the other guy died about 3 years ago due to cancer.

You are right its called SOP, whether its necessary or not well this is up to personal interpretation so you are definitely entitled to your own views. But it would be interesting to see how most people express such views.

For most people it would be necessary, not to rule their life but to serve as basic principle & modify where necessary if required due to changing dynamics.

Since you have quoted crimping of electrical terminations/cabling etc then you should be able to understand why we have such things called Code of Practices as its also a form of SOP

Most people dont really bother but I make it my personal responsibility to make sure that kaki that travels with me returns safely to their family so regardless of whether anybody deemed it unimportant, unnecessary...ETC I still will make it a point to remind them even thou they may find me naggy or kaypoh

The problem I had with that particular kaki is that he totally forgot about the SOP, he took out his berms & left it hanging on the chair then he went into the bathroom & moreover he wasn't a newbie as he joined me quite a number of times in other cuntries as well.

Well as people always says "shit happens"

Thats why I always tell myself, enjoy while I still can, enjoy while my little bro still can stand by its own & not dependent on little blue pills cos we never know when we will simply disappear

Thank you so much for confirmation...I did met Singkieu frequently when he was still working in hcm...met him once on flight when he no longer working there...think that was still 5 years ago or so...

Well, these 2 guys that I cheong with, they need the blue pill sometimes.

Cos they are / were cheonging in their 70+.

I am kinda like their little son / brother.

Since only 1 left, just waiting for the coast to clear first, and will be planning something.

Nowadays the others always go 1 day earlier than me or go back 1 day later, I no enuff annual leaves so cannot go so many days

Anyway another probable reason could be also he lost his old acct due to forget passwords or what, a few of my old SBF kakis all totally forgotten their old accounts liao

You had posted previously that you do electrical crimping and most people in this trade will know exactly what is the Code of Practice and not some self-proclaim codes in life itself as what you have assumed
