I heard it's the best rate in currency exchange, but some bros shared that exchange in singapore might be even better rate.

This is what I heard - 4 of my friends went to a local bia om/ktv recently...

Drank 2 cartons of Tiger Beer...fruits plate...sing karakoe...about 2.5hrs...

Paid 5.5 mil including mummy tips 500k...tips for gals sitting was 500k...

These gals couldn't speak Mandarin or English...only local tieng viet...

Gals rate for LT - 3.5mil...ST - 2.5mil...
