Circle Star is at the basement which the outside deco is exactly like Super Star. So I presume it is under the same management. 3rd floor I didn't recce as I was in a hurry.
Ocean Star operates in calling the girls in when there are customers.
I had a night out at Ming Arcade and Orchard Towers last friday. Here's my review:
Ming Arcade
I saw that Ming Arcade was back in action. There were 2 pubs with pinay ladies, one on 1st floor and another on 3rd floor. I forgot the names though. The ladies on the 3rd floor were much younger and prettier. However, the pub was full at 8pm, i couldn't get a table there, so i didnt try. From the looks of it, the playability could be on the low side and might have to pay more for the lady drinks.
I spent some time at the pub on the 1st floor that night instead. After, i used to patronize the joint under its former name "Red Hot" and had many a sexy nights there. Seems like there's a change in owner. The ladies there were on the average about 10 years older than the ones on 3rd floor; they're in their mid-30s, which is fine by me as i'm about the same age as well. However, they somehow look older than me and have quite a few extra pounds on them as well.
Drinks are also quite expensive for a pinay pub. $38 for beer jug, pints available too, not sure how much. Lady drinks are $45/$75 for 3/5 points. Bought my companion there one round and she starting actively touching me and getting her to touch me. I quite like the action there. Unfortunately, i don't quite like her looks and found it difficult to look her in the eye (Sorry...). I left after spending about 1.5 to 2 hrs there.
Orchard Towers
I went over to Orchard Towers, with the intention to check out Ocean Star. Reached there about 10.45pm. Unfortunately, Ocean Star was empty, no customers or ladies at all. Maybe i was too late or what. I decided to check out Crazy Horse instead. Saw some nice youtube videos about the action inside. Drinks were expensive, as expected. $12/$38 for a beer mug/jug.
Good thing about the place is that, they have some ladies on staff to give some sort of a dance performance upstage from time to time, even though its just one lady at a time. The ladies are from Indonesia and the Philippines. The place does give me the Bangkok/Pattaya Agogo vibe, albeit on a very very limited scale. The DJ pumps out very nice music. The drinks for the ladies are considered quite cheap, but seems like they tend to finish them up rather quickly as well. $25 for a lady drink and $20 for a tequilla shot. My companion that night tried to milk me for a $300 champange (not sure how much they'll get out of it), which i rejected. All in all, i didnt get as much action as i did with the MILF at Ming Arcade 1st floor, but the ladies here are younger and in better shape and lastly, i was hinted that she was willing to go back with me for extra activities after work (4am!). I did not discuss with her further though, as i wanted to go home and sleep, alone lol.
All in all, that was my adventure for the night. Later this week, i will probably hit Ming Arcade 3rd floor at a much earlier time, probably 6pm or what to see what action i can get out of the pretty ladies there. Brothers who have gone there, let me know how much of a sexy time you've gotten there

Thanks for the info bro. Maybe i'll hit the joint at 6pm to get ahead of the regulars. The LD prices seems a little cheap, especially since the ladies are attractive (The LD for the MILF place on 1st floor costs 45/75). I'll have to see how fast they destroy the drinks/ask for the next round to have a better judge of the costs though
Just recce TP. Bottoms Up closed. New karaoke Bonkers Pub Up clear glass door. Saw alot of pinays at Revolver in Trash St. Will give this area a missed for 2 months for any future development.
Recced TP as well. Saw a new pub near Bottoms Up called "Going Places bar"
Maybe will try someday.

So far Billboard at Neil Road is still around since pre covid times. The manager then was Victor. Nice guy.
This GP has taken over the old Circle Inn shop.
So far, only a few old girls and 2 part-timers.
Hopefully more girls soon.
It is closed on Sunday.
Wasted. Sundays are good for me. No need to 'fight' for girls with other customers. When I was at Duxton Blue every Sunday about 10 years ago, Ivan the then manager called me the 'Sunday Man'. 😂
