Even the most basic phone cams nowadays should be capable of taking clear images without any colour cast.

You don't need bad lighting and fuzzy images to keep things discrete. All you need to do is to remove distinguishing features.

A neutral background and a bit of photoshopping to remove moles, tattoos etc and nobody will ever have a clue.
