I paid a short visit to this area when I stop my taxi for lunch break there. This is a mostly malays area? I saw groups of malays congregating at the open spaces outside the spas.... so decided to just makan at the nearby kopitiam instead of going to the spas.... in case these malays there turn out to be undercover AV.

Very few minah ML available and shops mostly staffed by prc, viet, then those non-chinese chiongster also bo-pian

Anyway, if i not mistaken, it's CNB, not AV that mainly have more malay staff.
