But I dont see the manage attachment button after I click the post reply button.
I see no function to attach files. The only buttons I see is submit reply and preview post.

Use the "Load Pics" icon and it embeds directly in the message.

On the mobile skin there is an "Upload image" button that does the same thing.

Thanks bro.. I solved it. Issue was my settings in CP. It defaulted to basic editor. I changed it to standard editor and I can see the load pic icon now
