Sorry guys, I just need to find a venue to voice out, as I have been struggling for many days and without anyone to speak to.

Assuming no cuts or open wounds, HIV is not spread through fingering an infected person. For Kissing, HIV is not spread through saliva.
As for breast sucking, well that depends on whether the infected person is producing milk. HIV can be transmitted through breast milk. Otherwise, it would just be like licking the intact skin of an infected person. You can't get HIV that way.

Open wound means it is still bleeding or healing, bacteria can enter easily. If it's a paper cut or something which has healed over. It should not put you at risk.

Typically, women don't produce breast milk if they are not with a child.

If you are very worried, go and get a HIV test to clear your doubts.

i had two hiv test...one at 4 weeks and the other at 6 weeks post exposure.

after receiving the negative results, they asked if i had any qns. i just said i was pondering why i got all the symptoms...symptoms that i nv gotten before in my life. they jus said that the test is conclusive ( their actual words was "no need to come back" ) and asked me to see a doctor.

edit: my point is that they shld nt say that a test in conclusive until say 3 months. ive seen ur other post and u r well aware of the window period..what if someone who is infected and goes back to have sex with his wife and nt returning for another hiv coz the volunteer said 4 weeks is conclusive?
