Me just had a compact crash course there in couple of months ago. Enough to keep my sanity when in JC.

There are the many SB brothers here who had been there long long ago..since years ago...You can ask them and they will more than happy to share with you.

Anyway, when dealing with WL, we can cheong like mad but must retain our sanity.
