yeah, if Liverpool were to play with this type of commitment, we should be champions all the way.
The goal scored by Gerrard was a "gem". I really admire his shooting [scoring] skills. IMHO, Torres was not as sharp as what he was, why ah?

Apprehensive abt this weekend game cos usually we dun do well in the next match after an Euro game but then again, we're more or less at our lowest point in the local scene so we can only go up....but now Rafa will have every reason/excuse to sacrifice league games in order to focus on CL. I remember the year we won in Istanbul, he kept fielding second fiddle players in order to keep the 1st team "fresh" for CL and end up we finish in 5th place below everton. We're in serious danger of repeating that again this year...
