Definitely no thai disco or asian specific disco or pub in Melbourne.
If youre in Sydney, i think there are quite a few of those.

There are clubs which have asian night.
On Friday nights, you can go to clubs such as Bond, I love R&B or Alumbra.
On Saturday nights, you can explore Ms Collins (Scarlett Saturdays).
Scarlett Saturdays is quite good, nice and chill place with slightly older crowd (25 and up), compared to the rest of the clubs i mentioned.

You could just go straight to Asian (Mostly Korean, Chinese, Viet and Thai) brothel to get some fixing. There are quite a handful around cbd area. You could also try Aussie angmo while you are there.

But, if you prefer clubbing rather than straight to brothel, you could try to go Alumbra in Docklands or Ms Collins in CBD.

There are some escorts walking around in Crown as well, mostly Chinese (use WeChat).

Lol I used to be regular at the KTV scene mate. If the girl likes a customer usually auto ask for ur number and will call u out. If not then forget it.
