Here's my contributions. Appreciate if bros can up my points:

1) Very often - shopping malls. Pretty self explanatory. Look up and u will be rewarded. Other times, will also see pokies. Here's a tip, if u hang around with mothers with infant, changes of seeing the twin peak is a lot higher.

2) Quite often - my SIL place. More often than not, she's braless (except when preparing to go out). Pokie is a norm and chances of a clear view of her assets are pretty high. See tons of times liao.

3) Seldom - saw 2 times. opposite blk neighbour. Fully naked as they are preparing to go shower. Must time correctly. But nowadays don't see it liao.

4) past story - an ex who doesn't wear bra. Free access plus when she's playing pool with me.... the view I'll leave it to your imagination.

Today at the gym. One lady jog until the bra-top also wet wet and can see the pokies.

I thought normally the bra-top will have padding. Today first time know can have pokies also.

The ones with thick pad are usually for either the small A or the B+ or bigger that need extra support. Those who are A- type usually usually don't bother as too small to sag. Lol
