Lol.. not 70s, is now.. the district whereby hayhay stay is a mature housing estate.. his unit can sell up to SG$500k at the moment.. haha.

If. look at this the price appreciation for those units from 2009 till 2011 is a mere 10% so its safe to say assume a similar price appreciation so at beat it would be worth 400k next yes I do have a 6fig investment bank account and two investment properties in aust ...what u guys fail to appreciate is that my fee Is to weed out the multitude of samsters who a kiasu cheapies too cheap to pay a mere 20 then they not worth my time to meet
