There are hardly any money changers around. The place to go (not best) is still the banks but they might have a limit of how much foreign currency you can change. ATM is probably best bet but also limit on daily withdrawals (imposed by the individual banks). Can try different bank ATMs if your account has no limits on withdrawal and you need lots and lots of cash.
