The first phase is expected to last a few weeks and Singapore will move into the second phase if community transmission rates remain "low and stable" and the dormitory situation remains under control.

In the second phase, called the "safe transition", people will gradually be able to resume more social activities. The same applies to services and activities that involve significant prolonged close contact, such as massages, or significant crowd management risk in an enclosed space, such as cinemas.

Even when phase 3 kicks in, the scene can only begin to revert back to its pre-Covid19 state once border restrictions are removed.

I don't think the ML scene will ever be the same anymore...the fallout from this virus has been immense. A complete revival of the good old days will take a few years, by then who knows how society will be like anymore.

I agree. So many years of AV operations and failed to eradicate the scene. But one virus came and finished the job completely.
