Bro. I believe this is with reference to the WLs in the 'fishtank' located on the 2nd floor. As the fishtank is quite long and can seat sometimes over 100 MP girls they are rightfully split into their varying price range of 3 groups.

surcharge for ang mo and indians? This is new to me. But what's the reason for this surcharge? for indians i understand, because the girls don't really like to service indians.
