Looks like no 19 will have to wait another season after witnessing the awful display by Liverpool.
The players who were on the field play like crab, totally no form by all the players.
Much is needed to strengthen the squad to last the whole EPL season.
Current crop of reserve players are really not up to the standard that we Liverpool supporters want.

even with one of his eye-sore gone --- Rick Parry.
he cannot even motivate the players to respond.
only 1 recognise striker - Fernando Torres,with him out for 2 matches,Liverpool has a problem.
the young striker,forget his name,is still not up to the standard.
maybe can loan him out to those lower division for him to gain some playing experience.
seem like the cup is Rafa's main strength,he always seem to get it right.
like what bro Cummon said,now only left with CL,can really forget about the EPL.
just only have to make sure that we finish in the top four to qualify for next season.

It makes me sick to the stomach that our top players are dropping like flies when we need them to be fit.

How to challenge like that??

I'm not going to blame the young lads for it. Clearly they are not ready. There is a lot of pressure to be in a title race and we are not coping at all. Even the senior players are finding it difficult, not to mention the young guys.

We are going to need to buy a goal-scoring attacker, probably right wing, in the summer. If we have Stevie and Torres fit this time around, like last season, the title race will still be on, I'm quite sure of it.

They looked a tired lot after the big battle at Barnabeu....
Looks like we are falling behind in the pack.....
Torres a key figure who is hugely missed.
We need another striker next season....this season is gone...

We need to strength oursleves over the summer in many departments and
have the depths to play so many games in a season..

Of course, those players who are still around need to step it up when the likes of Stevie G or Torres are out...

Future is still bright, if not this season, we can always look forward to next..
