I have taken a stroll of this place from 5th level to 3rd level and find quite a number of Indians and Bengalis nationality also strolling around this place.

its basically just beside the place where u see a lot of people eating curry fish head there. its a small and run down place. no sign board showing ocean hotel, its just a lift that u can take to go up and u see a lot of rooms with a lady inside waiting to serve you

i went there this afternoon. it's not hard to locate. it located along the main road. the stairwell is slightly larger than the other stairwells, and the stairs lead to the lift at the mid level. on top of the lift hangs a sign board saying ocean hotel in both chinese and english. there is actually a big yellow signboard hanging outside the wall of othe building, but you can only see it if you are walking towards the direction of city square. if you are walking away from city square, most likely you won't see it. anyway, the stairwell is located before shop no. 68.
