the way she organize is using basic note app in her mobile. What she did is simply list down the customer number with the time slot book, do a broadcast to those customers of the day and there you go.
Tried Tao Zi from slg early this month after reading the reviews so here's my mr.

She cannot cancel other bros time for you and her schedule all packed so unlikely will offer u a earliest date like tmr..

To be fair, I paid $150 for omm many weeks back at her West location, and didn't feel regret or shortchanged. Left at almost 75min mark.
