I was in Beppu recently and went to this bigger shopping centre Youme shopping centre. While walking back to my hotel along Nagarekawa Don, came across these small side roads in Motomachi area which had a few soapland shops.

Try googling 韓国デリヘル / 韓デリ。
The hot spot in Tokyo is Sumida-Ku and its near vicinity. You'll get better odds in getting laid rather trying to get yourself to Soaplands that most of the times even deny entry to fluent Japanese speakers with for few exceptions.
