Actually i do have the same issue too, 3-5 minutes of jacking off while watching porn and during massage sometime fast sometime slow. I guess i need to cut down on jacking while watching porn. I'll be very thankful if I can be back to normal in 2 weeks. From what I read online, it takes around 2-3 months to "reset". I've stopped PCCing and watching any media that may edge or make me want to PCC. I only allow myself to release via female contact.
