If you book a ML for $100, she provides you with services as advertised. When you ask for off menu services, if they agree and ask you to top up, there is an agreement. But if they do not want to provide the extra services, will you force them to take your money and provide those extra services?

From experience, if ML provides more than advertise. It usually means she likes or has a gd impression of you and they don't mind doing extra. This is usually not a transaction.
ML's i've visited so far. Even if there are customers who offer them $$$ or KC a lot. If she doesn't like you, she will not do any extras.
Most feel insulted when they receive request for extras afaik.
