Anyway if you are intend to staying at the Singapore hotel, take note that it is a BUDGET hotel so the facilities are very basic only. Please do not expect Mayflower or New Season standard.

All the rooms are ceiling fans w/o aircon.
Rooms come in 2 types, one with in-room shower, the other with communal shower. Actually I prefer the communal shower as sometimes can bathe with the puyings from the other rooms if using the bathroom at the same time.

Location wise I find it to be very convenient as it is within walking distance to many places. There are makan stalls conveniently set up at the doorsteps too.

Quite clean but not really near Lee Garden...
