Don't forget about the mother-in-law also. Bring her to gigolo bar. Both in-laws give you 2 thumbs up!

If you are travelling from Ramintra, there is three left turn into it after passing the flyover intersection with LadPrao road.

First turn (before Shell Petrol Station)is toward Bodindecha High School and there is one good place called Orb Aroi. Very good seafood at reasonable price.

The second left turn is after Town in Town Hotel and you will reach the middle section of Srivara Road, either turn left or right and you will have plenty of choice on either side of the road. there is a good issan eating place that serve already good Chim Chun (Issan Steamboat) and Ant egg soup too!

The Third left turn is after SC Park Hotel and you ahve to turn left after turning into it. Good Yentafor eating place on the right side but slightly more expensive for a normal soup noddle which you can get at the roadside store but the fish cake got standard!

Leelawadee restaurant is on the right turn at the third left turn (intersection with mengjai) The restaurant is after a wedding studio on your left.
Very good ambient which live band outside. Good food and it is next to Glass Studio (Coyote Bar)
Great directions to Town In Town. I don't even know the name of the road.

I believe that's Glass Home Pub/Restaurant. Yes they have coyotes. I was there long time ago when they were purely just a pub restaurant with no coyotes. By the way the BKK night entertainment is gettting a hit from the slowdown in business. Great for mongerers and hunters.

You: Kheun nee pai gup phom mai? Pai tiao gawn.
Puying: Mai dai pii. Chan mai sabai (some cock excuse).
You: Uhh nong (to waiter), chek bin khrap.

Every minute is precious in BKK. No time to waste.

Usual stuff i ate are : Fish, veg, Miang (Chiang Mai delicacies), grill squid, Soup, rice & cake (dessert).

If you like to venture more...also can look at Navamin/Kasestart road...lots of restuarant and coyote bars.

Cheers!

Re: Eating in Bangkok

Well, here's the websites of the places mentioned:

Leelawadee
Nathong

Another great place nearby:
Som Boon Seafood

And there's Seasons Change, I can't remember the website, but it's in (I think Ratchada Soi 21), opposite Poseidon. Really nice place, opposite a suki joint. The food is great and the ambience is very nice as well.

Talay Bangkok's probably a better fit for charmaine. Easy access, off param 9 (act innocent ignorant on RCA opposite and next door Long Beach MP) Decent food, alfresco area with live but light pop music at garden setting with mini pool. Even saw 1/2 customers bring their small pet dogs for dinner

Dome's ok if money's no object (would have thought more for couples). What about Blue Elephant (never been)?
