Yes, but they are not using mobile phone, it will expose them.

I used to carry a DSLR external flash to flash at them, they will be blinded temporarily and wont be able to run

I have a weird question. If you do it in your girlfriend's room, and her parents are outside in the hall, consider it a public area or not?

Got once I finished with my girlfriend, I came out to the hall, and her younger sister told us.

"You guys are a bit loud; I can hear you even with the TV on."

So embarrassing.

Back in army days, during one of the route march we ever bumped into couple having car sex around Lim Chu Kang area.

will be interesting to bring my girl for car sex and wait for army boys to walk past.

It should be safe since they will not have camera phone with them, and most likely they couldn't stay there and watch and have to move on

Just have to make sure park the car outside restricted area to avoid unnecessary trouble.
