The orange ticket you mentioned, have to be purchased in Batam. No use to me unless *someone* can help me bring from batam to sg without significant markup and without having to go the end of the world to meet up for collection. *Wink* I also quite stingy one, you know.. So far, only Horizon Ferry tickets are not open ticket. Other e-tickets for traveling to Batam Center are open tickets, i.e. free to utilize them within a 2 months period

Anyway, I'm buying 1 way only. And, as you know, I've been buying e-ticket for more th a year plus, without issue. Hopefully this is including taxes and fuel surcharge. Maybe not "travel to Batam for free", but to use HBB paying only $30 is already a big savings. I'm contented liao.

Not sure if this will help but currently there is promotion for uob cardholders on batamfast but cardholder must be travelling and the discount is 20%

I feel more like a hunter than a fisherman, using either a fishing net or a rod, but I admit I tend to try to shoot (hit or not the target) nearly ANY prey that comes in range, ANYWHERE, and ANY TIME. Bullets are free! (and the bed in Formosa is so wide)

And, since chit-chat is triumphing in these days, I add that I like to be also a farmer, meaning that I like to till the soil in Batam, to cultivate some few good girls via Wechat or WhatsApp during the long months between my visits to Batam. (coming soon, ehehe, mouthwatering already)

No one is winning or losing. Otherwise there will be unhappy dogs who will sabre rattle and barks. This is afterall just a sex forum.

If one can not hunt, be a farmer. If one can hunt, be a hunter. And if one is a skillful hunter, be both a hunter and a farmer.

A skillful hunter is not afraid of more fellow hunters. The guy has confidence in his own skills. Preys (ceweks) continue to be abundant and all can share the spoils and benefits. In his spare time while not hunting, he searched and hunt for good lands using his hunting skills, for extra enjoyment from farming.

A farmer, even with good farming skills are dependent on the land, more new farmers are not good as that would drive the price of the land up. So some old farmers keep some knowledge of good lands among themselves. Pointing out only those open common land to newly arrived farmers.

So that is just the nature of things. Hunters will be huntersand farmers will be farmers.

My hunting/fishing/farming attitude is so strong, that I even bring BAITS with me to Batam: delicious chocolate bars from my country, which any cewek love so much.
I lure greedy ones to my room hinting that I have some savory special bars...

Valu dollar shop in Singapore selling a bar of dark chocolate for $1 a bar. Taste similar to Belgium dark chocolate, so those Indo ceweks wont know the difference. Save you lots of money buying the chocolate in Singapore, no need bring all the way from far away countries. Avoid those stores in harbourfront, their chocolate not cheap.

The chocolate trick is now open modus operandi hahahah.

This is not the same apple costing 50 cents or 5 dollars. This is not something to bargain for, which becomes more interesting if discounted 50 cents.

This is something which I bring personally with my hands, which travelled with me from far, and from where they really know how to make it. It's not just delicious high-quality chocolate, it's unique because of its origin and because of who gives it.
Quality is similar to a standard Swiss Lindt bar, but contrary to Lindt bars YOU CANNOT FIND IT IN SINGAPORE. Needless to say, it's way more expensive than a cheap $1 a bar.

What is important is how that chocolate is presented to the ceweks. A $1 CHOCOLATE can become a $100 hand carried chocolate (from faraway land) to the ceweks if the ceweks believe it is $100. The ceweks wont bother to check, and they will be emotionally overcome by such sincerity. Welcome to Asia.

Some time i really wonder how they can manage to build Citra Plaza apartment blocks at such snail pace,so much unlike the Formosa residence...i would be worrying if i have already committed my money in it,hehehe...

I didnt even see one floor up yet after i see their 1st phase launch a year plus ago. And they are already launching their sale for phase 2 beginning of 2019.

Still keeping watch tho.

Just test out just now. There are 2 places for drop off/pick up at Grand Batam. The main entrance i suppose you mean this one,hehehe...

From Harbour Bay to Citywalk Mall is 30k rupiah (Ezy Taxi).

From Citywalk mall to Grand Batam is 11k rupiah (GoCar).

From Grand Batam back to my hotel is 15k rupiah (Go Car),hehehe...

All done from the main Lobby 2 entrance. Not the entrance outside Top 100 (which is at the basement but their locals call it ground floor).

Double checked with both way of GoCar drivers, Grand Batam allows the use of online taxis,hehehe...and their business is fantastically GOOD! So crowded, especially at where the basement Top 100 is. Since there was a crowd at the Top 100 entrance, i decide to take a GoCar taxi from the Lobby 2 entrance instead. No taxi touts on both entrances of the mall, a good and bad sign depending in how one looks at it,hehehe...
