Some of you guys were saying Kuyt should start ahead of Henderson. Huh? Would you be the same guys who blasted Kuyt when he was moved to the right?

Give the young lads a chance. Henderson has scored and done enough bursting from midfield to get a chance. He is now just doing a job on the right for the team. Carroll will be a monster once he gets match fit.

I think KD had to strive balance between grooming youngster n getting result n it's not going to be easy as everybody had a higher expectation this season

Nevertheless the team is always in my heart no matter what they end up with

agreed, but the owner is demanding champions league football next season & KD really do not have the time & luxury to be testing or grooming players, hope 2 see kuyt, bellamy & gerrard starting against everton.............come on u reds!!!!!!!!!!!!

On this I have to agree cos it's a derby game so the tempo will very high n JD should know really well how important to against them

Bellamy should start along LS cos he is a very much better player we need his aggressiveness against them

The owner part I prefer to think positive cos our previous 2 owners have no ambition at all as we do really have the chance for closing the gap amongs the others strong team but they only care about $ so we should convert the pressure to result

How many games or chances can the lad be given??

Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish is set to join Premier League rivals Tottenham in the hunt for Brazilian striker Leandro Damiao, according to reports on Goal.com.

Tottenham have been linked with Damiao throughout the course of the summer transfer window and it is now believed Liverpool is prepared to enter the race for the 22-year-old.

Dalglish was one of the busiest Premiership managers during the transfer window and added Craig Bellamy to January signings Andy Carroll and Luis Suarez.

It is believed Damiao's current club Internacional have valued the forward at £20million and a number of top clubs from around Europe have also showed an interest including Barcelona, Inter Milan and Porto.

So far this season the Brazilian international has scored 39 goals in all competitions and is expected to be subject of a bidding war when the January transfer window opens.

Speaking earlier this month Damiao said: “If there is an opportunity to play in Europe, of course I would like it."

a bit harsh on henderson but i fully agreed wif bro alkano tat things will have 2 change if its not going to plan, it is exactly like the benitez & lucas situation............benitez bought lucas, believe in his potential & keep playing him every game despite strong criticism until he finally prove himself last season 2 win player of the year award but guess what, benitez is long gone before he can even see the fruit of his labour....................

so it important for KD to be flexible in his playing personnel & thinking if he is to survive long enough in the hotseat to see henderson develop into the player he bought him for..............

Good point and I agree. Or look at Carra even. If the internet community was around when Carra started playing - I think the usernet groups were around - would he have made it through?

I remember in one of the early games Carra played (against Wimbledon?), he was criticised by the commentator for not acting decisively and letting the ball bounce.

So be patient for now. That's all that is being asked of us as fans. The problem so far is not our attack is it? It's Skrtel being bamboozled by Bale, Carra making mistakes and giving away penalties.

If the team is in trouble, drop the guy for goodness sake.

Things are easier said than done.
Every fans are looking at their angle and not from the business point of view. (For goodness sake, gone are the days where clubs spend for sporting reasons, let's face it)
When you are being paid that much, it is not possible to drop one guy just because he is not playing at the level.
The club have to answer to his sponsors, justify the reason to the mgmt.

We can keep harping why lucas is still here, why caroll was signed for a freaking 30million when he is almost as good as our Indra Shadan, but these players will not be dropped for younger or "lesser paid" players.
This is the trend of modern soccer for the past many years dont you all realized.

Soccer players and official are actors on the pitch, and WE all are the audience, paying lucrative moolas to feed these actors

So my point is we can go on complaining, but the club will "never" hear us because we are the audience and not the cast.

I have been a Liverpool supporter since 1972 and has watched them thru the years without fail.

The present JC is a pale shadow of his younger days.
The young JC back then was very very impressive....... in fact he won the Young Player of the Year award when he was only 19 years old in his 1st season with the 1st team ........ if only we could turn the clock back and transport that JC into the current team
