No, technically they are 2 different thing,
the VEROTEL subscription will allow you to view all past years' worth of images in one place including all the classics but you wont enjoy the other benefit from being a premium member. premium membership benefits are more and listedt in this thread Quote:

I tried several cards to pay for my subscription. Two USA debit card and UAE debit card. Everywhere Transaction Failed. What kind of strange billing is used? Is it possible to pay in some other way? For example, cryptocurrency.
