When i started 10 years ago, i had a hard time understand the text instruction because of they are mostly in chinese and not familiar with their ascent (sometimes they called and gave verbal instructions). Ended up late for the sessions. But luckily so far did not get scolded by MLs.

Smart MLs will give text instructions in both chinese and english instructions. That helps a lot as the younger local customer usually not well verse in Chinese.

I did went to try her a few days ago, basically she did as per what was stated by previous Bros.
But somehow she like wasn't really into it and face black black.
Maybe she mood liao...read she is going back China for CNY.
Or tired...or already established a pool of WKs and Roberts.
