1)the house is at Tay Ninh's City or village.

2)how big is the house,and is it single or double storey.

3)what kind of material is being use.

a small info for bros here,Vietnamese likes to put tiles not only on the floor but on the wall as well.and if half of the area of the walls in the house is being renovated with tiles,the amount of money is quite high.

my girlfriend say only friend friend talk....

but you say your wife sms the brother everynight... must be she very upset on something so must talk to someone every night.

I think the cost might include the Home appliances and furniture.

BTW, nice building materials are not cheaper in Vietnam than Singapore. Only Labour cost is cheap. Never think that provinces will be cheaper in material because normally they ship the materials from the Big cities that will incur transportation cost.

Ultimately, the key thing is: Is it affordable to you and will it make you a happier man after spending the money?

IMHO, if wife avoid having sex with u, there's a BIG problem! And if she chat with someone of opposite sex till almost 2am every night then it's a bigger problem.

No need to translate all the sentences... just know a word then u need to realise something.....
