Yeah, especially since it's possible Phase 2 will be mid to end june, with MP being open again.

No point risking plus pay xtra. ML want earn more to cover risk, why I pay more to spend with risk.

Sounds too optimistic, too good to be true.

if they have no long term contract, like sign 1-2 yrs kind, it might make more sense to cut loss first. wait til gov allow them to reopen they can always look for a unit in the same building, else can source elsewhere.
