Got money book 5 star hotel at agoda. No money just go hotel 81 or fragrance hotel.

Always 4 or 5 star for me, as it is risky for me to be seen at Hotel 81 or Fragrance. At least I can say business dinner or appointment if someone sees me.

Yes you can book 81 or fragrance & have the girl join u later by registering their nric at the counter & providing your room number to the receptionist.

As for in call, it is by theory illegal. Unless the in call is within a registered licensed brothel & the girls within which are all registered as licensed sex workers with periodical medical check ups.

Recently there were police reports made by residents who complained that their neighbors homes were rented out to tenants who does in calls & many unknown men entering the units all the time. Such acts will alert residents & anti-vice. It is a risk but many still do it. Many PRCs are doing it nevertheless cos if they can't get license from the govt they can't work in those registered brothels & legitimate escort agencies usually turn them away to avoid any risk with the authorities.

Imagine your home being rented out to a fl who does in call. Problems may arise.

does the 2 NRIC applies to budget hotel only? how about 4/5 stars hotel?

Most 4/5 star hotels do not require the girl to register. You will need to show IC when you check in but they don't normally need the girl to register when she arrives.
