Apartment for rent in Bangkok, Ratchada

Hi everyone. I have a small unit for rent at Ratchada. This is an apartment called Life @ Huay Kwang. It's new and just above the Huai Kwang MRT station.

Most of you would be familiar with this area.

The apartment is new so it's not fully furnished yet. But will have enough to keep you comfy.

It's available only for short term rental. Few days to one week.

It's sgd 70 per night.

There's 24-hour security. Key card access to the lift lobby.

I'm not sure what you mean by gal friendly so I'll try to answer it as best as possible:

Yes, it's friendly and safe if it's for a gal staying there for holiday.

Yes, it's friendly if you plan to bring a gal back.

1610 baht for a small semi-furnished apartment?

Not quite sure I see the draw when compared to hotels nearby with lower rates, e.g. Palazzo etc.

it is a "condo" in singapore terms.
you can bring everyone if you want....
SGD70 for that area is good for tourist

as condo.. no breakfast, no internet...
as for internet, there might be someone setting up home based wifi and sell to you maybe at 150baht per 3 days....

fs1964x must have bought that unit 2 years ago?
i almost bought it as well but in the end... decided to continue renting mine...

Bro dun wan pour cold water on your biz plan but better u rent it long term lah... I had the same idea once but after comparing hotel rates and their amenities & services I realize most people if not all will choose a hotel over an apartment.

I think your pricing a bit steep at sgd$70.

I stayed at a service apartment (converted from condo) located 5 mins walk from siam world with complimentary breakfast + fruit basket....... all for only SGD $38.00 per day

of course not $38 for breakfast only....... room per nite at $38 and comes with free breakfast + fruits.

I cannot remember the name of the condo but it is a small 7-storey building with 4 units on each floor...... I was recommended o this place by Mr. Tim of BookThaiHotels.com.

Greetings from Life @ Ratchada-Huay Kwang Codominium. I've been living in this condo for 22 days, I really like it due to cleanliness, security and proximity to MRT Station! Downfall is no place to eat and laundry. Quiet of few cute girls in the building!

People who like to workout in gym and swimming will like it as they are located on the highest floor. However the T-junction at 4 yaek hway hwang is super jam during peak hrs!
