This Lele works in a 3rd floor shop in the North Br Road/Beach Road area and does not keep the time for appointment.When I reached the shop at the appointed time,another girl attended to me and when I asked for her, she came out and say she is attending to another customer!

Many PRC's have a habit of making clients wait or double booking-the only way to stop it is not to tolerate such nonsense. They must learn to leave a gap of at least 1/2 hour in between customers.

If the girl is not available when I arrive, I will cancel booking immediately.

If I'm late (which is rare and usually because of heavy rain/traffic jams ), I will always call beforehand to to ask if she can wait and to start counting from the appointed time so as not to make the next customer wait.

this in specific is casuing alot of problems.
when we are the ones late, den dun expect the full one hour and the problem is some gals actually adhere to the one hour thing so it becomes a ripple effect for the next and thereafter
